When we sell our concrete planters with succulents in them (sorry, locally only!), one of the most common remarks we get is that succulents are hard to keep alive. This came as a bit of a shock to us because we thought succulents were pretty low maintenance. So, we decided to come up with a list of tips and tricks to help you care for your succulents at home. Soon enough you will realize that these are one of the easiest, low-maintenance plants you can have.
Only water your succulent when the soil is completely dry.
Don't get the leaves wet when you water, only water the soil.
Ensure your pot has a drainage hole (don't worry all of ours do!).
Clip off any dead or rotten leaves.
Make sure they get enough sun, they need about 6 hrs of sun per day.
